I turned the white lights off in my biocube for over a week due to some gha growing. I also added gfo the same day for the first time. I have softies and lps as well as a a green bta, 2 black widow bta’s, & 2 rfa’s. Everything is doing really well and open nice and big. But I’ve noticed one of my black widows has been closed the last 2 days (which is attached to a bottom rock) as well as one of my rfa’s has moved all over the place after being in the same spot for months. My guess is because i cut out white lights. I’m wondering if there’s a safe way to reintroduce the white lights back in or should I just go back to the three hours a day I had them on before? TIA ☺️

Have them turn on for an hour or so during the peak of your photocycle.
Increase 1 hour per week until you decide you like the color and photo period fade.

A few hours before lights out is when i like to taper the whites off.
