Pretty sure that's not a mushroom and instead a cabbage leather. If so, it's probably getting ready to shed.

Oh, you mean the one in the back ground, that's a toadstool. Sometimes they just do that. Not always a reason. What's your salinity, in my experience, that's usually the biggest factor for soft corals then PH.

Hi salinity is 1025 pH us 8.1
