Hello , I'm in the process of building a 90 , right now is sitting on my garage i see the silicone don't look that good , should i re seal it , what brand should i use to seal .... Any info would be great ......

My experience is that if the tank is too big (above 60 gallons) I'd rather pay more and have peace of mind having a manufacturer warranty against a cracked or seal malfunction. Otherwise, resealing an entire large (ish) tank is more trouble than its worth. Just my opinion and good luck.
That was just my experience and opinion. I'm sure there are people like yourself and others that are willing and confident in repairing a tank but I don't do that every day and would trust someone more who does it for a living.

The main key to this is to CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Make sure you have a nice clean surface where the old silicone was. I used a little sand paper (wet) and rough clean the areas so the silicone will adhere to it better.
Just take your time and you will get it.
