Re-starting my 29g BioCube...

I am looking to re-start my 29g BioCube. I'm looking for the best cleaning agents to get the tank like new, and then to start my tank. I have water and live sand ready, and a very old, very dry piece of live rock (somewhere). Looking for the best advice on where to find powerheads, bio balls, filter media and cleaning supplies. Thanks in advance for all of your good advice!

I order a lot of my stuff on amazon, just be sure pay attention to the reviews. If you can’t find what you’re looking for it would be best to go to a trusted lfs to see what they would recommend or if they could order it for you
