Please could someone help and advise on a pump size/flow rate required with the AF110 reactor

Flow should be dedicated to medium inside reactor:
Carbon: The recommended water flow is 500 l/h.
Phosphate Minus should be placed in media reactors with suggested water flow of at least 400 l/hr.
Zeo Mix: The recommended flow through the bed is 300-500 l/h.
