Reactor media?

So just wanted to see what media you guys are using in your reactors? I just got a brs dual reactor and I'm running rowaphos and brs carbon. Interested to hear what others are running and their results.

I am actually not running anything at the moment but I have run rowaphos in the past.

I run around 1200mills of biopellets but I prefer them in a filter bag, always had problems putting them in a reactor. I run carbon also in a media bag because I prefer the lignite which is really soft and tumbling it around in a reactor can create dust which is bad for fish and corals I change it about every 3-4 weeks. I run gfo in a reactor and replace it every week or two because I feed pretty heavy between broadcast feeding and feeding my fish daily. I think some media is good to have in a reactor but companies would like you to think that EVERY media needs to be in a reactor which isnt true. I think alot of times the reactors cause alot of problems and people just dont want to admit it.
