After some years in SW and at the beginning didnt care too much about quality of the water, after starting using vodka, vinegar and Nopox, I though that is time for a next step in NO3/PO4 removal quest and considered to buy one or two reactors.
Looking online I saw cheap and very expensive ones, universals and dedicated for certain media, soooo many media types (biopalets, zeovit, absorbing medias, etc) that I was just puzzled.
My idea was something to keep NO3, PO4 in check, but also to be possible to add carbon when needed, but have no idea what to buy and what to use...

Are there any "reactors for dummies" articles around so I can understand what should I buy and what media is the best and so on????
Thanks a lot for support :)
