Can you use any kind of reactor for any media or are certain reactors only for certain media. I am wanting to do a phosphate reactor but not sure which reactor to buy.

Can you use any kind of reactor for any media or are certain reactors only for certain media. I am wanting to do a phosphate reactor but not sure which reactor to buy.

Most of them can be used with any media. Some are more specialized like a zeovite reactor.

The most important thing to remember, imo, is that GFO should tumble but GAC should be packed tightly. As long as the reactor you chose allows for those options you should be fine.
