AIO Build - Media reactor in Nuvo 40

Anyone running a media reactor in their aio? I was thinking of placing bio pellets in one.

I used to run Carbon and GFO in a reactor on my RSM 130. That was mainly due to know room for a real skimmer with out a sump.
