How can you Measure ppm ? In order to use red sea trace element. On a 2 part tank .

I want to know how much of kalkwasser I need to waist to add one ml of Red Sea trace elements .....For every 20 ppm of kalkwasser add 1 ml of the Red Sea trace elements It say on the bottle but I don’t know how to measure ppm

Are these the Coral Colors A/B/C/D or another product? If it's Coral Colors, there is a potassium/iodine/iron test kit available:

the abcd red sea tells you to dose 1ml per 20 ppm your consuming. They are wanting to know how the calculate how many ppm they are using each day.
Calculate how much calcium is being consumed per day? Sorry if the questions seem dumb, I'm trying to understand before I make the situation more confusing.

yes. abcd says for every 20ppm calcium you consume daily you dose 1ml of each. they are wanting to know how to figure out how much they consume based on how much they are having to dose.

The calcium consumption is easiest to measure by testing for calcium one day, then don't dose any calcium for 24 hours and test again. The difference between the two numbers is the amount of calcium that is being consumed daily. You can ratio the A/B/C/D off of that number.
