Hi, I was wondering if someone could interpret as to whether my city tap water could be ok to use? Or at least help me understand the results. I don’t have corals.

Even if the water is OK for use now, it might not be next month, or next year, etc. It could be that they put something in the water for one month that then causes issues in your tank late in the month and goes away and you attribute it to something else. It could be that there's runoff in the spring but never any other months. You also don't know what's between the city's water and your faucet.

Copper from your own pipes is my biggest concern, rather than something in the water supplied to your house.

Sometimes water companies test a percentage of house taps for lead and copper. Is there a section in that?

no, use distilled water like the kind in supermarkets (no minerals added!) or get a RODI filter and use the water from that.
