The wrasse won't do well in a 14 gallon, Dinos go away on their own after a while and cleaner shrimp are a better replacement for a wrasse.

Hi everyone - quick question - if im doing weekly water changes with the tropic marin pro reef salt will i ever need to dose if i am replenishing the calc ,alk and mag with the water change?

Nope, dosing is only required when water changes cannot keep your parameters in range.
