Am I looking at brown hydroids here?:

Same rock but this is the best pic I could get because of the angle it is on the rock and the glass...but on the left side of the rock, is this an aiptasia?

I also saw a couple bristleworms last night, a six line wrasse is on my stocking list. When I get it the wrasse will take care of the worms right?

It will take care of most of them but won't totally eradicate them.

Those do appear to be hydroids, and that lone guy on the left does appear to be an aiptasia. Hydroids are tricky, but you could start with manual removal. I'd honestly be more worried about the aiptasia. Luckily there are many techniques of removing them, though I've never had to (knock on wood), so I can't really suggest anything.

Lastly, bristle worms aren't a terrible thing to have in the tank! It's all an opinion though :)

+1 with what @KJ said. Do you know what's a good way to get rid of 0r manage them?

I've seen a few things so far...cover them with superglue and epoxy, blast them with aiptasia x or joes juice, but it seems the best things to do is remove the rock completely?

I've used aiptasia x on one the other day and it appears to have worked so far, I'll hit that one with some as well.
