I had this same exact problem before and compared to my tank, that one is not that bad, lol. There's multiple ways to approach it.
First one is using PhosphateRX and manual removal. Steps for this: use PhosphateRX to drop phosphates to 0, wait 2 days, pull out as much as you can, and wait a day. Use PhosphateRX again to drop your phosphates to 0, and wait a week. See how your phosphates are and how the algae is after that week, and repeat if necessary (this took me about 2 months, but it has the least negative impact on the tank).
Second one is to pull out all the rock, scrub it, put H2O2 on the remaining algae and put it back in the tank. You might get a mini cycle on it, and it takes more work than 1, but it will solve it quicker.
Good luck!
