Reagent 3B crystallized. What happened?

Hi all. Bought a 5L jug of all 4 Core7 reagents from BRS and they all arrived ok except reagent 3B which is 1/3 crystallized. It’s like some of it froze. I’ve left it out in warm temps to see if that helps but it’s still crystallized.

Is it ruined?

No not ruined. Soak the jug in hot water and it will revert back to a liquid in time.

Must warm it up to 78 and will have to shake/mix a bit, thats all

Thanks all! I did have to leave it in warm / hot water for quite some time but that did it.
