Real Difference Between Hydra HD and Classic?

So I just got a Hydra HD 26 and I was wondering if there is a big difference between the HD and the classic. I read in their website that the output on the HD is greater but I was wondering if anyone has any input?

I forgot to say that They are going over my 90 gal tank and I wasn't sure if is going to make any difference if I have one side with the HD and the other side with the classic.
