ok I told you this was dumb ...
got a little acan from LFS. But he's not on a plug or rock or anything. I think it's just him - was sitting in the sand in LFS. now my emerald crabs are messing with him etc, rolling him around ... want to stick him down. Can I put a dab of glue on the bottom of him? (and then do that sandwich thing, glue - putty- glue)

other few coral frag I got were either on a plug or on a little piece of rock
thanks

now I have two frags (blue voodoo and pink birdnest) that either fell off their plug or had no plug when I got them. Now I don't use glue but epoxy. Both of them are stuck in the epoxy and doing just fine. In fact my blue voodoo (which fell off the plug) is growing very nicely. My birdnest is still new but coloring up nicely.

Yes you can, recommend dabbing the spot on the frag, where you are going to put the glue on, with a paper towel then put the glue on, will help it bond better.
