I gave my juvenile snowflake moray, whos about 7 or 8 inches now. A medium sized squid head for dinner, after eating it he didn't look to fat. Next day though I noticed that his body from the base of his neck inflated to twice the size of his head and wasn't moving to much, hes been like this for two days now, should I be concerned?

Whoa - I've never seen an eel bloat up like that. Did you remove the beak from the squid head first? If not, that may have created a blockage.

Probably, he's still moving around in one of his favorite caves but not being extremely active, should I do somthing or is he gonna be okay?

There isn’t anything you can do to help it, if it is a blockage, it will either work out on its own or not. Just don’t feed it until the swelling goes down.
You’ll hear lots of advice about feeding peas or soaking the fish in Epsom salts, but those are remedies for freshwater fish.

I've seen raising mg to help with digestion, I suggest 1600ppm. I have seen eels twisting and bloated remedy themselves after a couple of days with elevated mg, coincidence?, nothing to lose as the elevated mg will do no harm.
