Really need help here....

I agree except 5g is not enough. I would do a 50% water change to drop those numbers.
I would do a 5 gallon water change and mix more up for another one in a few days. Take everything slow, only bad things happen fast in this hobby. Make sure you use RODI water and if you cant get that use distilled until you can afford a unit. A 29 is way to small for a yellow tang and the mandarin will probably eat thru your copepod population quickly. Hopefully it is eating frozen brine or mysis. Take plenty of time to read. If your wondering about something search it here more than likely someone has had the same problem. The ammonia is the most dangerous of the 4 you posted so get that to 0 asap. hope I helped

You are doing the right thing there. It can be hard to accept certain fish just are not meant to be kept in certain tanks, but that's why we all upgrade! Get your feet wet with that 29g biocube. Also if you have any equipment questions or any questions at all for that matter feel free to ask I also have a 29 biocube.
Yeah it was quite the experience. I really like the fish that are in there, except the Clarkii (He seems to be an *** to the other clowns) He will be the first to go for sure.I hate to get rid of the tang and manderine, those are probably my favorite. They are still very small (Clarkii is bigger). But everyone on this site knows way more than me at this point. I would like not to start over, but I also don't want to kill them. Thanks for the welcoming, everyone has been awesome so far. I will keep you updated after the water change and re test.

Is that a Sun Coral there, front and center?

I believe the front coral is torch coral on the left and sun coral on the front. I did (2) 5 gallon water changes since Thursday. Here is the readings i'm getting now.

Salinity- 1.022
PH- 8.8
Nitrite- 0-.25 (color is in between those two)
Nitrate- 10
Amonia- .25

Here was the original again:
PH- 7.4
Nitrite- .25
Nitrate- 5-10
Amonia- .25-.50

So the PH level is up, Amonia down slightly, still high in the Nitrate. Should I do a 50% water change? I just saw that suggestion today when I logged on.

Whats your thoughts on the levels? any other way I can bring them down? I was in a LFS yesterday and saw some cheap tablets that gets amonia levels down. Is this a bad idea?

The clowns can't coexist but the mandarins and tang might be ok at least short term. Specially if the mandarins eats frozen. By the time the tang gets too big you will probably be ready for an upgrade. Good luck!!

The Ocellaris Clowns have dug a hole under my rock. I'm assuming because the Clarkkii is beating them up. I am taking the Clarkii to the LFS today to get rid of him. My plan is to upgrade once I get my feet wet. I'm hoping that's about the time the tang needs a bigger tank. The Manderins and Tang have gotten along nicely since the resettup. The Clarkii and the tang have had a few scuffles but nothing constant. Thanks for the luck, I need it....lol. I'm learning quickly though thanks to everyone on here.
