Has anyone who runs T5 fixtures ever thought about running one or a few of these as a means of UV sterilization????

At the distance we keep our lights, I dont believe this would be strong enough to kill off anything, on top of that I believe it would kill other things in the tank as well if it was.. That's why uv sterilizer are enclosed in a housing. I may be wrong..
