ThanksYou can try to use Epoxy putty. You can use it underwater but it may or may not work for rocks being held back together until it hardens! Good luck!
Thank youJB waterweld works under water as well and is safe. I just had to do this with a couple of rocks.
I have actually pulled out rock to reattach it to make sure it doesn't fall. I use seachem superglue and 2 Little fishes epoxy. I would mix the epoxy up and then put superglue on one side and stick it to the rock, and then I would apply superglue to the other side of the epoxy and then put it in my tank and fasten it where i want it.Some of my rocks came loose on my aquascape can they be reattached underwater?
This^^Super glue gel

Works great, but dries white underwater and will be unsightly until it gets covered.
