Rebuilding Reef

Not sure if the is the right forum but I have to catch a basslet that’s killing my fish. I can’t catch it. Traps nets nothing works. So I must pull out rock until I catch it. Can someone please tell me the best way to do this with the least amount of disturbance to the animals then what I can of damage to expect to the ecosystem when I’m through. Thank you so much.

I had to do something similar and my coral all survived well... but the stress on my fish was to much especially my tangs and I lost 75 percent of my fish...
