Okay so over the last 2 weeks I have noticed that my micromussa have been closed and not puffy and happy. I have not changed much in my tank other then dosing Brightwell Chaetogrow because my chaeto kept dying (because I'm dumb and was dosing Vibrant). After noticing the issue I have since stopped dosing the chaetogrow and did about a 25% water change. I keep my parameters at about 8dKh alk, 420-440ppm calcium, and about 1250ppm mag. Nitrates were an issue about 2 months ago when they were 50+ but since I have kept them very stable between 15-17ppm. The only other corals that are acting this way are 3 different Duncan corals 1 in my frag tank that is attached and 2 in the display as well as a favia. Not sure if I may have overdosed a trace element (I use the red sea ABCD trace element box) or what the problem could be.
Also to note over the last year I could not get these corals to grow, they were always puffy and accepting of food and in the last 1-2 months they all started popping out heads until now.
I can provide photos if needed but they all look like I just took them out of the bag and dipped them after buying at an LFS.
