Receding mouth on acatho

Just pick up the acatho from someone taking there tank down this is day 4 with day one was perfect day 2 also perfect he was puffed out nice no skeleton showing day 3 he started showing skeleton around his mouth and kind of receding but still puffy I just removed my diamond goby because he would peaking and nipping and the corals in the sand bed everything glue to a rock is health anything on the sand bed not healthy and receding or show skeleton just curious of I should keep feeding it mysis or try to dip I don’t have pictures of it showing skeleton yet
