3 weeks so far in QT. dipped coral revive initially, Bayer last week. Not sure if this is normal behavior when Duncan's grow, I do not see any bugs at all and observe it frequently. Please let me know if this is normal. Coral is extended all day and open. Corals don't look as well from phone camera, but you get the idea.

If the polyps are ok I would just wait and watch. I'm not a fan of those round rocks I've been seeing frags come on. Too much moving and dipping the coral could cause you a new set of issues.

Polyps are great. Nitrates are a little higher than I would like maybe that is it. And I hate that round rock, but if I am to cut the frag at the base to put it on a new piece would that add more stress?

Ok thank you. So you suggest cutting at the base to glue to a new plug?

Looking at the mouth they look hungry also the base should be more of s green hue to it. The bottom part that looks like it's peeling is just fine. All of mine peel away from the rocks for a while and then grow over the rocks later. Here is a pic of one I dragged a month ago.

The frag is a bit greener then the color indicates, I will work on the feeding. Thanks so much for all of the help. Will buy frag plugs today,

Turned it a little today and still some
New peels. Don't look like bug bites though.
