What was the way the corals died?
slow or over night?
Did they melt, darken, bleach, retract?

Look at the following:
- any alk spike?
Change in PH ?
What type of water are you using- Tap or RODI
False salinity reading with salinity higher than you realize?
Change in lighting?
Change in water flow
Any red or Black bugs or Flatworms?
