Recently preformed a Reef Labs ICP and wow I am deficient in a lot of things. Not sure best coarse of action after all this new information.

Some things are not opening up perfectly like the meat orals and devils hand. All sps still have PE but the color is lacking.

Should I start with multiple water changes or start dosing some of the important ones?

Looks like that ICP company is pretty aggressive in labeling values as "needing fixing"
Undetectable Selenium,
1ppb Zinc,
0.05 ppm Iodine,
undetectable manganese,
6ppb Molybdenum,
2ppb Nickel

...are all values I'd be fine with, though others might disagree.

I might address the Ca and K with water changes and dosing adjustments.

Salinity may be low, contributing to some of the values being low (e.g., potassium). What do you think it is and how did you measure it?

Is there more of the testing to post?

Let’s see if this image will be clear enough

I did think it was low at 1.024. Using a refractometer

The only things there I would correct is the Salinity and then the Potassium which is a little low.

You might consider a trace element supplement such as Tropic Marin A and K, which may or may not be beneficial for the tank
As of this test I have been dosing kalk and All for Reef. I thought the all for reef at suggested mixing rate would have me closer on my traces.

I am going to do a series of water changes then send in a new test and compare.

Thanks for the input. I was shocked to see everything in the red. I have lost some color in my sps, and my meat corals will not inflate. Maybe just a salinity and potassium issue??

I don't know. Correlating coral issues with specific element issues is tricky business.

FWIW, I do not necessarily use one ICP test provider. I've used ATI and Triton thus far. There's also ICP Analysis and AquaMedic (off my head). Some test for certain values others do not.

I doubt that the slightly low Potassium is the cause of any coral issues.

Potassium is not a trace element, it is a major element of seawater. All for reef does not include Potassium, however it is consumed slowly and is normally replenished in most systems with water changes. SPS heavy systems sometimes need additional supplementation.

The trace element levels on your ICP are of doubtful significance, there only needs to be a trace and while attempting to keep everything at NSW values is a fun game, water changes really provide all you need.

I would concentrate on keeping Salinity stable at 35ppt as a first step.
