SO I just switched 3 weeks ago and the coral is just now starting to close and open at the proper times. I am using a Pirates of the Carribean light schedule and 1 hr a day of t5 at peak hrs.

Any advice? I have a bunch of high-end stuff and I want to make sure coloration and everything is at its peak.

Get a par meter before upgrading lights is the only thing I can think of.
And acclimate slowly.

I already upgraded I'm just trying to figure it out

Do what you’re doing and slowly add the t5. Watch the corals.
There’s no real formula to finding the Sweet spot.

If you cannot get a PAR meter, then go slow with lots of time in between changes to spot any issues.

Personally, I would run the T5s more at first and the LED less since I know what to expect out of a T5 and a few of them have never been known to burn coral. The total amount needs to be watched, though.
