Recife eco 24 g (light upgrade)?

So a buddy of mine who's just getting in the hobby purchased this setup but the lighting on it doesn't seem like it'll grow hard corals. I believe it's only 30 watt led.
Anyone have any suggestions on what lighting would be a nice upgrade also looking one with brackets hanging from ceiling is out of the question. Thanks again everyone.
