Recipes for Fish or Coral

I was wondering if anyone out there made food for their marine critters. If so, do you mind sharing your ingredients, where you purchase them, how you make them, and how you store them? I don't have much knowledge on this subject and was curious as to what some other reefers have been doing.

I also wanted to feed my fish something different, went to local store and bought some shrimp and scallops, cut it up small and put in little Tupperware containers I found at the dollar store. Fish love it
