Recirculating C02 Scrubber question

So to update this-- I ended up making a DIY recirculating scrubber from some cheap containers from the dollar store. I messed up a few fittings, but if you didn't mess it up, I think this whole project could have been done for 10 dollars. It's increased my pH by about .2-.25. I'm consistently hitting 8.32 during peaks, and my valleys are now 8.15 or so. It's been a very easy, affordable change. If anyone is interested in the setup, I'll post pictures.

Please post pictures. I can't get mine above 7.9 consistently. I have very high CO2 levels in my home (6 people, 4 dogs, 2 cats, etc). I'd love to how you did it.

I'll try to remember to take some pictures today. Might even whip up a schematic in MS Paint haha

My RO skimmer has 2 spouts on the silencer. One I run my recirc scrubber to, the second is open to stand air, but I am thinking about running it through the wall to the outside, wife might choke me out though!

I thought about running outside, but occasionally I'll spray some pesticide and don't want it getting into my system accidentally. Probably a small chance, but for some reason seems like a big enough risk to scare me away.

Don’t know if a canister of carbon would prevent any from getting into your tank or not
