Simplicity 120 DC price?

I price them based on their size. larger ones are more expensive because of the extra time and plastic needed to make them. If the cap on the skimmer is similar to an existing size I have the price will be similar too.

So for the Reef Octo, would you leave one air hole open to room air and attach the tubing to the other? Or is only one hole used? Trying to figure out if the skimmer will get enough air with only the line from the scrubber.

I would plug one hole. If extra air is needed by the skimmer, it will pull the air through the weep holes at the bottom of the soda lime so the CO2 scrubbing benefits are still attained. @StatelineReefer put a solenoid on the extra port of his and had it opening to let in fresh air when his pH was high.

Remember the air going through most skimmer silencers is restricted more than this setup. Volume should be fine for anything smaller than a coffee table.

Wait, so the tubing doesn't go from the scrubber to the silencer?
(I'm not convinced I even need a CO2 scrubber but am curious...)

And do you mean a skimmer smaller than a coffee table or a tank?

Skimmer smaller than a coffee table.

I use the RO tubing as a joint between the 3d printed cap and the 3/8 id silicone tubing. The tubing goes to the skimmer air inlet, I bypass the silencer entirely.

Thanks. Btw, I did watch the video before asking my questions but was still unsure since the camera didn't actually capture you putting the scrubber on the skimmer.
