I would like to purchase a light strip to accompany my Current USA Orbit Marine LED light. I have a 40 gallon breeder and would like to add another strip. I prefer a manual light that I can just turn on for the day. Not looking for anything too expensive. Any suggestions?

a single or dual t5 would work quite well on a timer. 10 or 14k. Or look for the same fixture used and connect them together. Some of the 10 and 14k strips on ebay are pretty good but generally don't put out much light.
Mars aqua seems to be a the "IT" cheap o brand.

I ran a current orbit for about 8 months and it could grow some stuff. My acros didn't like that lighting. I have just upgraded to 3 Hydra 26's for the last month and am moving those to my frag tank since I just got 3 Hydra 52's today.
I have the current orbit as well. Ok for shallow tanks will grow some but @18-24 not enought for zoa on the bottom. def not enough for SPS on the top. Not enough lumens.
