Looking for advice from experienced reefers as I dont have much space for a SUMP.

I was going to go the canister route but I am wondering if SUMP is just going to be more worth it.

currently running 2 tidal 75s at the moment.
Well-stocked fish load in tank.

75g , 4ft long
Not looking to drill.

Going to use a HOB overflow. Would PF-1000 be good or should i go up to the 1200 for another $10.
A sump system that can fit in 14'' width of cabinet space. Possibly looking at RS-100 SUMP which is 25% of my 75g.

I would make the sump out of a cheap Aqueon tank from Petco. Preferably a true 30 (36x12"), but a 20 Long (30x12") or 29 gallon (same as 20L but taller) would work too.

If you go the DIY sump (my personal preference tbh plus so much cheaper and just as functional), I'd recommend not getting a 36" sump in a stand meant for a 4ft tank, especially if you're trying to fit other equipment in there and an ATO container
