Recommendations for clean cheato

Any recommendations for getting some clean , pestfree, algea free cheato. I know algeabarn sells it , but i keep reading that people are getting unhealthy and full of pests from them. I didn’t know if there are any better places or people to get some from.

I really doubt people are getting pests from algaebarn. It is more likely that they are noticing their own pests in the chaeto once the ones from their tank made it down there
