After my last LFS experience buying fish, I am prepared to accept the idea of ordering fish online.

Where does everyone buy their fish online? (looking for a place that is reliable)

Tsm corals (now tsm aquatics) quarantines their fish prior to selling. Prices are a bit higher due to that, but you get what you pay for with online fish retailers. Shipping in the colder months is going to be a bit tricky no matter where you buy from though.

So far just using LiveAquaria for fish (8 total) and CUC and Tidal Gardens for corals. Only issue I had was corals shipping in cold weather. But their customer service more than made up for my losses. Never purchased saltwater fish/corals from LFS. I pay attention to weather between me and shipper now.

@Seanybaggs123 there are lots of reviews for LiveAquaria and Aqualocker. Seems to be a love / hate thing with LiveAquaria. A lot of it seems to be receiving dead / dying fish from CA facility(?). Aqualocker seems pretty legit and they will even do quarantine.

reefs4less. Since they entered the scene I havent ordered fish from anyone else. Sometimes half the price of the competitors. The inventory changes a lot so you have to watch inventory for a week or two sometimes.

Depends on what you want. NY Aquatics is great for their purple tang deal, got one and couldn't be happier with it. Live Aquaria was good but have heard more bad stories since PetCo bought them out. Look around, see what their DOA policy is, see what's right for you.

TSM Aquatics was pretty impressive. Very clean, well organized store. All the fish looked to be in good health. They shared with me their QT protocol, which includes a fresh water dip, Methylene Blue bath, than Prazi once a week for 3 weeks.

Some pics below.

First few are the QT Section:

Lastly, the cat checking out what he hopes is his next meal....

first I have heard of tsm aquatics. I normally just bought from live aquaria and that hasn't been too well. Recently I went to a highly regarded LFS in Houston area and my wrasse developed Brook. I bought 2 shrimp and wrasse from them. I am going to have to check out TSM

Looks great, but I thought they had a more extensive QT protocol. I guess I was wrong.

They advertise a full QT protocol--does that not include therapeutic copper for the full 30 days?

Anyone know of a few places to order fish online for Canadians? ...lol

Most recently from Fishybusiness (coming next week). Have also ordered from LA/DD, Bluezoo and NYAquatics. I would order from any of these again if they had what I wanted.
