It will work fine w/60psi pressure. It would be more efficient (even less waste water) with a booster pump and pressure about 90 psi.

I a spectraPure fan, been using theirs for over 20 years, but I think most of the ones sold for the aquarium trade are just as good. It comes down to maintenance and keeping up with it.
