Recommendations on lighting cycle?

New Tank.
First inhabitants should be going in today.
It HAS been fully cycled fish free.

I have an ATI Sunpower 6 bulb T5 HO fixture.

2 channels, 1 has 2 actinic, other has blue plus ATI bulbs.
It has not yet been turned on since there's nothing in the tank. Where would you start with the lighting?

I have the light fully automated, so I can run the timing down to the minute. What are you all's expert opinions on how long to run each channel per day?

I run my sunpower for 11 hours total with the fan running once the first channel turns on and five minutes after my last channel I run the two bulb channel for the full 11 hours and two hours later the 4 bulb channel for 9 hours.
