Recommended circulation pumps for 10gal nano reef?

Right now I have a Marineland 400 maxi-jet but I think it's too strong for my 10gal considering the fact it sucked in one of my healthy clownfish today. I've only had the pump for a few days. What are se recommendations? I'm not looking to spend over $25.

I got this one from petco 6 months ago and it works pretty good for my 10g tank!!
I paid less than 30 box..
