I'm looking for advise on my parameters. I am at 70% LPS, 25% SPS with a few Zoanthid colonies in the mix. Eventually, I will have an even mix of SPS. I am currently running the REDSEA accelerated grow recommended parameters.
They suggest the following
ALK 12.6
Calcium 465
Magnesium 1390
NO3 1-2 ppm
Their instructions clearly state that the sps corals will have a brownish color and they are spot on. I was thinking I could take it but I can't. To much brown.

Can you all share some of your parameters that are helping you achieve both, great coloration and growth.

Thank You!

I run a very mixed reef from softies to sps with gorgonians and LPS. I have been using the regular Red Sea program with great success for a while now. I think that there parameters are perfect but that just my opinion, and you know what they say about those, lol. The pro runs ALK to high for my liking. And I've been running there colors dosing schedule and couldn't be happier.

Forgot:
ALK: +/- 8 dkh
CAL: 410-420
MAG: 1230-1300 not to sure haven't tested that in a while, lol
