Recommended powerhead placement for 20 gallon?

Hey everyone! I have a 20 gallon long LPS tank with a Tunze Nanostream 6015 and an Aqueon Circulation Pump 500. I’ve been trying to figure out the best spot to put the pumps as I have been dealing with large cell amphidinium dinos spreading on my sand. I tried doing the X method where you place them on opposite ends and face them towards the front, but I was worried that the flow would be too harsh for my corals. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

What about on opposite sides of the tank(lengthwise) One higher one lower.

Can we get a pic of the setup as it stands, rock work may play a role in how you want to place them.
