Looking for some guidance on which pump to buy. I have 2 20G trash cans which will be connected to this external pump which will have 3 purposes. 1 pushing water from fresh water to salt container. 2 mixing salt in saltwater container. 3 Pushing out water all the way from the garage through about 50ft of vinyl tubing directly into the tank. Looking for as cheap as possible that can get the job done. Thanks in advance!

hi,look into jebao dcp pumps,happy reefing :)

I use an Eheim CompactOn 600 as my mixing pump. Anything sitting in SW needs to be something I trust and AC is simple and cheaper if you don’t need to be able to control/vary the throughput. Quality is less of an issue for something sitting in RO. For #3 however it will depend on whether you need to push much head height - if so you may need a more expensive pump. I use Neptune PMUPs for #1 and #3 myself but that is because my setup is all Apex controlled.
