recovery after STN

I had a few SPS colonies start to have STN. lost a few and two seem to have lost a lot of tissue but its been a week and seems that the STN has stopped. Is it best to cut the surviving tissue and start a new colony or leave it to regrow tissue over existing skeleton?

Depends on how much stn, as the exposed skeleton can start growing algae. I usually try to clean them up

Frag the good portion as it will not grow over dead skeleton from my experience.
