I’m trying to reuse my extra USED Marine Pure Block for a freshwater tank, but I knew it held a lot of saltwater or salt inside still. Is there a way that I can clean up all the salt inside? Any idea would help, I currently soak it in water and vinegar.
Thank you

Marine pure blocks are VERY porous, so just swishing it in fresh water or running water through it a few times should do the trick. A little salt will not harm your freshwater fish either.
