Moved all contents of one tank to another, the old tank wa cycling for a week. Will the cycling still continue or will it start again? Same sand/water/rock just a new tank, oh…had to add 15 gallons of new water.

It shouldn't make any practical difference.

You'll lose the biofilm on the tank surfaces, but most activity happens in the rock.

Nothing will change regarding the cycle or ammonia control / moving tanks isn’t antibacterial, it’s moving from wet to wet and water bacteria are fine with that

if that was an old tank / old sand you moved it sure could go bad, but not new sand that’s ok to move.
