Red algae? good or bad?

Hello

This is growing in just one rock, it is easy to remove and has small air bubbles.
I am starting to believe that it is affecting a soft coral near the area, but I am not sure...


Here is the video, you can see how easy is to detach this red thing from the rock.

That looks like cyanobacteria. Generally from some kind of nutrient imbalance or low flow. You will want to blow as much of it off as your can and remove it. Then wait and see if it comes back.
