red algae? good or bad?

Hello

This is growing in just one rock, it is easy to remove and has small air bubbles.
I am starting to believe that it is affecting a soft coral near the area, but I am not sure...


Here is the video, you can see how easy is to detach this red thing from the rock.

never fails...when you need to take pictures and/or video, everyone wants to be a movie star. looks like it might be cyano? or perhaps dinos. if it is more of a red, i would say cyano. hard to tell with the video
