Red algae in rock and Sand

What can I get to get rid of this

Hard to tell from the pics...looks brown to me.
If it's brown, stringy and producing bubbles, it's dinos.
If it's red, it's cyano.
If it's brown and dusty looking and blows off easily, it's diatoms.
How new is the tank?
