Red algae turning green?

So I thought this was cyano or red algae of some kind but its in a super high flow area and I've let it go because it didn't explode but actually slowly has spread very thin, and now the tips are turning green. (It does not blow of with T.B)

Anyone know of this, or what it is

I think its leaching from the rock ...how its growing out of tight spots starting red then its getting green tips where it grows out. Its mostly right in direct path of mp40's

Yeah it was leaching phosphates for a couple months, then I noticed 0.0 n03 & p04 now I'm dosing both with great success and little algae mostly all green no more red....
