Red Algae?

I'm not sure what this is? It started out on my frag plug and now there are bits of red all over my tank.. is it Algae maybe?

Red Cyanobacteria for sure. Suck all the Cyanobacteria and speed up your powerheads. Decrease feeding in case you are feeding any fish or coral. If it does not works, you must use the chemiclean.
